Our Pie Kitchen

Our pie motto? Grab the world by the rolling pins and make magic! Each day our kitchen is filled with the scent of freshly baked pie floating out the door to the inner city streets of Copenhagen. We specialize in authentic American-style pies made from scratch using simple quality ingredients. We roll out each pie crust and peel every apple by hand. From roasting chicken, to stirring lemon curd, our pies are made with a lot of hard work and a lot of care.

We take time to develop our ever-changing pie offerings using authentic pie recipes and methods. Some of our pies are even based on old family recipes, with our signature butter crust as the cornerstone for the majority of our pies.

Savory meat & veggie pies are filled with flavorful stews you can dig into for a hearty meal, and quiches boast vibrant raw ingredients nestled in rich egg and cheese fillings. Our Sweet pies change every 1-3 months to follow the seasons, with ingredients like creamy Danish butter, tart apples, dark chocolate, fluffy meringue, juicy berries, toasted nuts, citrus curds, vanilla custards, and more.
