Experience the rustic, wonderful world of pie with this memorable Team Building event!
Not only will you bake pie from authentic American recipes, but we guarantee lots of laughs, secret teams, bonding time, beverages, and a mega-hyggelig dinner in the heart of Copenhagen.
During the evening, you’ll be warmly welcomed with a big American “Come on in!” vibe by Erin Eberhardt Chapman, co-owner of The American Pie Company, and Denmarks “pie queen” with appearances on Den Store Bagedyst, Go’ Morgen Danmark, Sweden’s Masterchef & Sweden’s Bagedyst. Erin will guide your team to make the pie shop’s best-seller, Yo’Mama’s Apple Cinnamon Pie, from the bottom up, with tips, tricks, and her silly humor.

You’ll start with a welcome drink and work in 2 separate groups, then broken down into secret pairs, which always brings the laughs and a tighter bond between colleagues.

While your pies are baking, you’ll head upstairs to our cozy pie shop cafe for a private dinner, which includes freshly baked savory pies like Chicken & Thyme, Beef & Cheddar Mash, Chicago-Style Italian Sausage Pizza Pie, seasonal vegetarian pies, and more. Complemented with a fresh green salad and beverages, we also offer a delicious vegan pie option.
We top off the night with a seasonal sweet pie tasting and coffee or tea for dessert, and your team gets to take their freshly baked pie home at the end of the evening.
