Whether you’re a regular baker or barely know your way around the kitchen, this fun and informative class will teach you how to create the infamous “Banoffee” pie and classic American pie crust from scratch. Learn to make this decadent flavor combo of salty caramel, fresh banana, chocolate, and cream piled high. You’ll work together with The American Pie Company’s pie experts who will introduce you to the wonderful, rustic world of pie. Classes are small, for a cozy atmosphere and close assistance.

What you’ll learn:
With a complete hands-on experience, you’ll learn the basics of pie dough, how to make a blind baked (pre-baked) crust, delicious easy salted caramel, and assemble the whole pie. Includes tips for properly rolling out dough, storing dough, perfect baking, and other pie inspiration.

> A Sweet Pie tasting + coffee, tea or cold drink in our café.
> When the class is over, you’ll have a freshly made Banoffee pie to take home and enjoy.

Classes begin on time, so it's a good idea to arrive 5-10 min ahead of the start time! :-)

Participants from 14 years old and up are welcome. Children 11-13 welcome with parent also purchasing a spot.
